Mackenzie Acton is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy. Mackenzie creates personalized assessment-based treatments for each individual client. She finds passion not only in helping her clients recover from injuries, but also providing preventative care to avoid further injuries and repetitive strains. She knows the importance of listening to each client and works towards helping them achieve their desired outcomes or goals.

Mackenzie enjoys working with many different musculoskeletal issues, including postural dysfunctions, low back and neck pain, plantar fasciitis, and many more. She specializes in deep tissue massage, soft tissue release, sports massage and will soon be taking a cupping course.

After going back to school as an adult, Mackenzie was fascinated learning about the human body and its ability to heal itself. She hopes to continue to help people heal whether from physical injuries or the everyday stresses of life. During her free time, she is a single mother to her three year old son, who keeps her on her toes. She is an animal lover and enjoys working out and anything outdoors or at the beach.

Christina is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment for her patients to relax and heal. Christina is passionate about empowering patients through education and collaboration to help them in their journey to recovery. She is inspired by seeing improvements in the well-being of her patients.

Christina enjoys working with a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal injuries and concerns including but not limited to whiplash, postural dysfunctions, repetitive strain injuries, headaches, TMJ, nerve entrapment, and anxiety and stress management.

Appointments include discussion and assessment to identify immediate and long term healthcare goals. She believes that each patient has a unique presentation and requires a personalized treatment plan to meet their health concerns, as well as identify and address the root cause. Christina emphasizes the importance of communication during each treatment process to ensure that her patients leave satisfied and have greater confidence in their health and rehabilitation.
